The tissue engineering approach for periodontal regeneration using a combination of stem cells and scaffold has been vastly developed. Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) seeded with Bovine Teeth Scaffold (BTSc) can repair alveolar bone damage in periodontitis cases. process was analyzed by micro-computed tomography (µ-CT) to observe the structure growth visualize 3-Dimensional (3D). purpose this study is analyze µ-CT following MSCs bovine teeth (MSCs-BTSc) implantation Wistar rat model. Methods. were cultured from adipose-derived mesenchymal rats. BTSc taken freeze-dried particle size 150-355 µm. on 24 hours transplanted model periodontitis. Thirty-five rats made as models LPS induction P. gingivalis injected buccal section interproximal gingiva between first second mandibular right-molar six weeks. There seven groups (control group, group day 7, 14, 28, MSCs-BTSc 28). visualized 3D any new growth. Statistical Analysis. Group data subjected Kruskal Wallis test followed Mann-Whitney (p <0.05). qualitative analysis shows fibrous structure, which indicates existence regeneration. Quantitative showed significant difference control resorption volume density measurements revealed that 28 formed compared other Administration potential form bone.
